PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing means I’ve received your order and I am in the process of producing it. Production time can take up to 3 weeks depending on the item. You will receive a notification when your item is manufactured. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You can mail orders@zoedetrez.com to get a more accurate indication regarding production time.

Futhermore, payment can be done through PayPal. For The Netherlands iDEAL is active, and Belgian customers have the option to checkout with Bancontact.

Domestic and zone 1 orders are handles by PostNL or DHL. Zone 2,3 and 4 orders are handles by DHL. All zones have the additional option of insured shipping. If at checkout no shipping options are available for your country, please contact orders@zoedetrez.com.

When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect your order after confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email from us with a tracking code that can be checked at the tracking page.

Note that we are dependent on our shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays during the shipment or other unforeseen circumstances.

PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the studio in Rotterdam. I will send you an email when your order is ready along with further instructions.

TAXES & DUTIES

If you’re placing an order from outside of Europe, please note that additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added to your country's specific requirements. These costs are directly dependent on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of and their country of origin. Because these duties vary per country, we advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about possible charges before placing an order with us.

As Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not active members of the EU, all imported goods must be customs-cleared. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import.

Please note that if you decide not to pay your import taxes or duties and consequently choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@zoedetrez.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
